Long weekends during the summer are good for F-words: food, family, friends, fun and food. It’s hard to get motivated during the weekend, especially when it’s a long weekend. Here are amazingly simple yet effective exercises to do at home in-between the fun of long weekends. I’m struggling myself already and it’s only Saturday! I will be doing the following exercises and recommend doing these early in the morning before your weekend plans. Set aside 20 minutes each morning and see if you can do two reps of each exercise 10-15x through.
