Healthy Last Minute Snacks

It’s game time and if you’re anything like me, you’ve might’ve waited until the last minute to plan for tomorrow’s festivities. I have a good excuse since I’ll unfortunately be working tomorrow and I’m more bummed about missing out on Super Bowl parties then the actual game…obviously right?

But being a professional last-minuter, I am well versed in throwing something together at a moments notice. I found these recipes on another blog and thought they’d be easy enough for anyone to run to the store and prepare in plenty of time prior to kickoff.

Have a Good Super Bowl!

1. Creamy Avocado Yogurt Dip. Instead of dipping over-salted tortilla chips into a gooey, gross melted cheese sauce, grab some pita chips and try dipping them into something lighter and, well, greener. All that this smooth, healthy recipe requires is some Greek yogart, avocados, garlic, cilantro, lime, and ground cumin- all items you can find at your local grocery store! With a similar taste to guacamole, this dip lets you enjoy your Super Bowl chips without feeling like overindulgent. Check out the recipe!
